The short answer

The price of a website depends on its scope. I can only give you the prices I actually charge, and they are public on the pricing page (status September 2026, all prices net, subject to change):

  • Website “Start” for Bulgaria: from €490 net. Up to 5 pages, Bulgarian and English, mobile-optimised, basic SEO, without custom film material.
  • Website for Germany and international clients: from €799 net. Custom-designed, with structure, copy, search optimisation and multilingual versions possible.
  • Managed Hosting: €24.90 per month or €249 per year (two months free), minimum term 12 months.

All prices are net, plus statutory VAT. The Bulgaria package has a smaller scope than the offer for Germany and international clients. After a short call, I quote a fixed price for a defined scope.

What is included in the Start package

A site of up to five pages is enough for many small companies in Varna and elsewhere in Bulgaria: a home page, one or two service pages, an about page and a contact page. The site is written and built in two languages, so a Bulgarian customer and a foreign one both find what they need. It is optimised for phones and includes the basics of search optimisation: titles, descriptions, headings and image descriptions.

Custom film material is not part of this package. Filmed content belongs to the interactive website level, which is quoted individually. If you need more than five pages, tell me early, so that the scope and the price are right from the start.

What changes the price

  • Number of pages. More services or locations mean more pages to plan, write and build.
  • Languages. Each language needs its own natural text, not an automatic translation.
  • Texts and images. If you already have good texts and photos, the work is smaller. If not, they have to be created.
  • Search optimisation. The classic website covers the basics. A website with advanced SEO adds programmatic SEO: many individually written landing pages, for example one per service or location.
  • Film footage. An interactive website built on video made for you is the most elaborate level.

Costs that come after the launch

A website is not a one-time purchase only. It has to be hosted, secured and kept up to date. My Managed Hosting includes the hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, technical administration, software and system updates, technical fixes, up to 30 minutes of changes per month and one 50 GB business mailbox.

An example calculation from the published prices: a Start website at €490 plus Managed Hosting paid yearly at €249 comes to €739 net for the first year, plus VAT. Paid monthly, hosting is €24.90 × 12 = €298.80 per year. The yearly payment saves two months. This is an arithmetic example and not a quote, because the real scope is agreed after the call.

How to compare offers fairly

Two offers with the same number can contain very different things. Before you compare prices, compare these points:

  1. Is the price net or including VAT?
  2. How many pages, and in which languages?
  3. Are the texts written for you, or do you deliver them?
  4. Is hosting included, and for how long is the minimum term?
  5. Do you receive access to the finished site?
  6. What is included for search optimisation, and what is not?

Be careful with offers that guarantee a place on Google. Nobody can honestly promise that. A sound structure, clear page topics and patience are what you can expect.

Why the cheapest site is not always the cheapest

A site that is very cheap but slow, hard to read on a phone and built without clear page topics often has to be rebuilt after a year. Then you pay twice. A fair price buys a clear structure, texts that fit your customers and a technical base you can keep using. All prices here are in euro, the currency used in Bulgaria since 1 January 2026.

Which level fits which business

A restaurant, a salon, a small shop or a consultant often needs a clear, fast site with the right pages. That is the classic website. If you serve many locations or many services, advanced SEO can pay off. If your brand lives from images and motion, an interactive website with film footage may make sense. I would rather talk through your case than push the biggest option. You can also read how the process runs in web design in Varna, or the guide for small businesses in Bulgaria.

See what is possible before you decide

The examples page shows live sites for a coffee shop, an Italian bar, a kebab takeaway, a clinic, a car dealer and a bike brand. Open them on your phone, look at speed and clarity, and then tell me what you would want for your own business.
