Website for a hotel in Varna: how to win direct enquiries

A hotel website in Varna should let a guest see the rooms, understand the location and send an enquiry in their own language within a minute, on a phone. That is how a hotel gets direct contact instead of depending only on booking portals. A site of up to five pages in two languages starts at €490 net.

What a hotel website in Varna has to do

A guest who looks at your hotel wants to know four things: what the rooms look like, where the hotel is, what it costs or how to ask, and how to book. The website answers these in order and in the guest’s own language. A portal listing can show your hotel next to dozens of others. Your own site shows only you, so it is the place to explain what makes your hotel different.

Why guests from abroad matter in Varna

Varna lives from tourism. German overnight stays rose by 29% to 146,684 between 1 January and 20 June 2025. Stays from Denmark rose by 53%, and from the UK, the USA, Italy and Austria by 14% to 27% (Novinite). Foreign guests stayed about four days on average in the first half of 2025. Many of them research on a phone before they travel. A hotel site that is only in Bulgarian loses these guests at the first click. The “Start” package includes Bulgarian and English. A German version, or another language, can be added to the scope.

Room pages that sell

Give every room type its own section or page. Show good photos, the size, the beds, the view and what is included. Write plainly, because guests compare rooms at speed. Do not hide the important facts behind clicks. If you cannot publish a price because it changes with the season, say how guests can find it out quickly, for example by sending an enquiry.

Location and surroundings

Explain where the hotel is in terms a guest understands: how far to the beach, the centre, the station or the airport, and what can be reached on foot. Use real distances you have checked. A short section about the surroundings is also useful for search, because many travellers search for a hotel together with a place or a district.

Direct enquiries and booking

Offer one clear way to ask about availability: a short form with dates, number of guests and a message, plus phone and email. If you already use a booking system, the site can link to it. A full online booking engine is a separate decision and is not part of the Start package, which covers up to five pages with basic search optimisation. We can discuss in a call what fits your hotel and your current system.

Speed and phone use

Hotel photos are large. If they are not prepared properly, the page becomes slow, and a slow page loses guests who are on mobile data in a foreign country. I compress images, build the layout phone-first and avoid heavy scripts that are not needed.

Trust without invented numbers

Do not put anything on the site that is not true. Show real photos, real facilities and real rules, such as check-in and check-out times and cancellation terms. If you have genuine guest reviews on a platform, link to them instead of copying selected quotes. Honest, clear information builds more trust than big claims.

How guests find a hotel on Google

Guests search for terms such as “hotel Varna”, a district, or a hotel type. The website supports this with a clear title and description for each page, a proper main heading, descriptive image text, real text for rooms and surroundings, and structured data about the hotel. Alongside it, a complete Google Business Profile is worth setting up if you are eligible. I cannot promise a ranking, but I make sure that the foundations are right.

Examples and an honest note

The examples page shows live sites, including a coffee shop, an Italian bar, a clinic built around booking an appointment and a car dealer. I do not have a hotel project among them, and I will not present one as if I did. If you want to see how a certain feature could work for a hotel, ask me and I will show you a comparable example.

What I need from you

Good photos of the rooms and the building, a list of room types with the facts that matter, your check-in rules, your contact details and the languages you want. If texts are missing, I write them with you, and if a site already exists, I tell you honestly what to keep.

What a hotel site costs

A small hotel or guesthouse can start with the “Start” website: up to five pages, for example home, rooms, surroundings, information and contact, in Bulgarian and English from €490 net. Managed Hosting is €24.90 per month or €249 per year. Larger hotels with many rooms or languages get an individual quote after a short call. Details are on the pricing page and in the guide to website costs in Bulgaria.

Frequently asked questions

Does a small hotel in Varna need its own website if it is listed on booking portals?

Yes. A portal shows many hotels side by side. Your own website shows only yours, explains what makes it different and gives guests a direct way to contact you.

Which languages should a hotel website offer?

At least Bulgarian and English. Guests from Germany are a large group in Varna, so a German version can be a good addition. The “Start” package includes Bulgarian and English.

Can guests book rooms directly on the site?

The site can offer an enquiry form and link to the booking system you already use. A full online booking engine is a separate project and not part of the Start package.

How much does a hotel website in Varna cost?

A “Start” website with up to five pages in Bulgarian and English starts at €490 net. Larger projects are quoted individually. Hosting starts at €24.90 per month.

Do you have a hotel website among your examples?

No. The examples page shows other sectors. I will not present a hotel project that does not exist, but I can show comparable features from other sites.

Planning a website for your hotel?
